What ENEX CMDRs Say

What’s it like being in the ENEX squadron? Endurance Exploration CMDRs comment about their experiences of being in the squadron.

‘As it’s been said before Richard Campbell, Hatch and myself set out for Beagle Point together. At the time it was “cross-platform” as I used the console version to play Elite: Dangerous. Even though we couldn’t physically be together in-game – I felt part of a “crew”. Along the way we gained others who joined in our expedition (Cmdr FiL for example) and through that the idea of having a squadron was born. The decision for Odyssey to not come to console was a hard pill to swallow – but having the other three around to keep my spirits up and keep me going was essential in keeping me going with the game. And it’s this camaraderie that we felt is very important in the basic principles of ENEX. Camaraderie – fun – giving help …. And NEVER leaving a Commander behind; were all born out of that 181 days of utter madness.

If you want to have a giggle, do a spot of everything that Elite has to offer and progress in a relaxed easy manner, then ENEX is for you.’

‘Just wanted to say that this [Lyra’s Song excursion] was one of the most fun thing I’ve done in a while in the the game. I have never been a part of a squad that is so active and that can come together to knock the goals out of the park’.

CMDR SkepticalFall

‘Being part of ENEX is truly enriching. The camaraderie among members is remarkable, fostering a friendly and helpful atmosphere. The acceptance within the squadron not only enhances the gaming experience but also keeps the vast universe of Elite Dangerous feeling alive and thriving.’

CMDR RealDanFitz

‘Joining the ENEX squadron when I was pretty new to this game, was the best thing I ever did. Not only did I get a trip round the galaxy (WOW!), but the friendship and help I received was astounding, even if questions were bit newbie. That was a couple of years ago now, and it is an honour to be part of it, watching it grow‘.
